A & B Type MCB Distribution Boards

Moeller's single-phase and three-phase MCB Distribution Board range has been developed to meet the needs of the UK specifiers, electrical contractors and distributors. The resulting high quality, value-for-money board is versatile and easy to install, conforming to the latest British, European and international standards, with the option to incorporate energy metering.

A Type Boards

A Type boards come in 6, 12 and 19 outgoing ways.

Our Moeller A Type boards have the following accessories:

• Main Incoming Switch 2-pole, 10 kA rated, from 63 amp to 125 amp.
• RCD, 2 Pole, standard AC, rated from 80 amp with a tripping current from 30 mA to 500 mA and a rated current of 100 with a tripping current from 30 mA to 500 mA.
• Single-pole Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB), 10 kA rated from 6 amp to 63 amp in a B, C or D curve.

B Type Boards

B Type boards come in 4, 6, 8, 12, 18 and 24-ways.

Our Moeller B type boards have the following accessories:

• Main Incoming Switch, 10kA – 2–4 poles rated to 100 amp to 125 amp.
• RCD, 4-pole, standard AC, rated from 80 amp with a tripping current from 30 mA to 500 mA and a rated current of 100 with a tripping current from 30 mA to 500 mA.
• Incoming Enclosures fully supplied with connection leads and rated from 160 amp to 250 amp.
• Extra accessories include Neutral Link Kit, Adapter Kit for the B type board.

Mini Panel Board

The Mini Panel Board is highly innovative board featuring a pan assembly rated to 400 A. It offers a cost-effective and compact alternative to a traditional assembled panel board, and is well suited to commercial and industrial applications.

As part of Moeller's comprehensive range of consumer unites, A & B Type boards and panel boards, the Mini Panel Board has been developed to meet the needs of UK specifiers, electrical contractors and distributors to the latest, British, European and international standards. In line with market requirements, the Mini Panel Board can incorporate energy metering.

Three-phase with 400 A Busbar, it comes in 4, 8, 12 or 16 ways with a 3-pole incoming device rated from 160 amp to 400 amp.

Outgoing Devices to suit these boards would be Moeller PLHT range of Miniature Circuit Breakers rated to 25 kA in 1–2 pole from 20 to 125 amp in the B, C and D curve.

Energy Metering

To enable compliance with Part L2 of the Buliding Regulations, Moeller can supply energy metering enclosures, energy meters, metering kits, metering current transformers and cable sets for use with single metering sections and split-load metering sections, on both the B-Type and Mini Panel Boards.
